Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in engineering with system integration/test of large DoD systems.
• Deep knowledge of Radars/Sensors, Ship Systems, System Integration and Test.
• Experience with MATLAB and DOORS.
• Leadership in Complex System Integration/Test.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Java.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed requirements for new and existing system functionality.
• Develop subsystem and component level requirements aligned to system level.
• Create test cases with parameterization of design space and corner cases.
• Participate in Systems Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
• Investigate requirements issues and ensure traceability across artifacts.
