You will help develop system requirements, architectures, and test artifacts for Ground-Based Radar systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic defense environment. The role requires 5–8 years in engineering, experience with MATLAB, C/C++, radar concepts, and DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
• 5-8 years in engineering with MATLAB, C/C++; radar/sensors and system integration experience; may mentor others.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
• Experience with integration or test activities for hardware/software.
• Experience with DOORS.
• Experience in Cameo.
• Experience leading small teams for system integration/test.
• Experience with EWR hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed requirements for new and existing system functionality.
• Develop subsystem and component level requirements aligned with system requirements.
• Create test cases with parameterization of design space and corner cases.
• Participate in Systems CCB meetings.
• Investigate requirements issues.
• Model requirements in Cameo for subsystem and components.
• Develop scenarios and test inputs for requirements.
• Present requirements artifacts at reviews and close issues per SEMP.
