Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in radar systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of radar systems and data link technologies such as Link-16, TTNT, Link-22, etc., with Growler experience preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively with OEMs and cross-functional engineering teams to improve system performance and integration

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and optimize radar technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
• Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to improve radar performance across platforms.
