Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 5+ years in radar systems or MBSE.
• Experience with radar signal processing, modeling, and architecture design.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Python and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectures and requirements to define radar OSI M&S capabilities.
• Update architectural framework, performance requirements, and test vectors.
• Analyze requirements, benchmark algorithms, ensure system-level performance.
• Collaborate with software/integration engineers to deliver high‑performing radar solutions.
