Boeing in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Senior Seeker Radar Engineer to support PAC-3 radar seeker development. You will contribute to Kalman filtering, signal processing, and algorithm design for high‑reliability defense systems.

The role requires collaboration across disciplines, strong MATLAB and programming skills (C++, Ada, Python), and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, IRAD environment on first‑shift duties. Relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Signal Processing/Radar/Digital Communications algorithms.
• Experience with MATLAB for data analysis, prototyping, and modeling.
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages (C++, Ada, Python) in an Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide subject matter expertise in support of algorithm development for radar signal processing techniques.
• Design algorithms that process signal returns into discriminated targets and track targets through mission timeline.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure interface definition supports various components.
• Conduct analysis to optimize total system‑of‑systems performance and/or system architecture.
• Support the tactical implementation of algorithm designs into Ada or C++ software.
