MTSI is seeking a Senior Radar Requirements Analyst in Huntsville, AL to lead requirements for ground sensor systems used by the Missile Defense Agency. You will capture technical specifications in DOORS and CAMEO, and translate complex needs into actionable models.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, active Secret clearance, and familiarity with SysML and radar systems. You will coordinate with DoD teams, prepare briefings, and ensure traceability across engineering work products.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with model-based systems engineering environments.
• Knowledge of radar systems and missile defense context.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple DoD and industry teams to manage requirements for radar systems.
