Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior Program Integrator to lead cross-functional teams in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of kill-chains for missile defense programs. The role acts as the primary DoW liaison, guiding effort alignment, threat scenario development, and transition to operations with engineering partners.

Strong leadership, communication, and security credentials are essential. The candidate will mentor staff, ensure program quality, and deliver briefings to senior government and contractor

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/project management, engineering, or systems engineering.
• 20+ years of military experience leading time sensitive targeting, ISR operations, and C2.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing MSA of kill-chains across missile defense systems.
• Serve as primary contact for DoW stakeholders, aligning customer objectives with teams and leadership.
• Provide warfighter expertise applying doctrine and TTPs for closing kill-chains across the missile defeat enterprise.
• Develop and assess threat scenarios for government acquisition decisions of advanced missile defeat tech.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate new tech and guide transition to operations.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and status reports to senior government and contractor leadership.

MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Program Integrator with deep expertise in kill-chain composition and analysis to support high‑visibility programs serving U.S. Department of War (DoW) customers. This role focuses on guiding the operational level modeling, simulation, and analysis (MSA) of DoW kill-chains/webs supporting the integration of emerging and advanced technologies into the U.S. missile defense enterprise. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset with strong operational and tactical warfighting experience.
