Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or systems engineering.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret eligibility.
• 10+ years of experience in complex, multi-domain systems.
• Federal program experience favored (DoD/DHS).
• Experience with federal acquisition processes and lifecycle cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Define system concepts and architectures to support modernization initiatives.
• Lead collection and refinement of requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on mission applicability.
• Draft and refine system specifications and interface requirements.
• Support acquisition strategy and lifecycle management.
