Job summary

Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls seeks a Senior Race Technician to build and maintain Factory Race Team sleds and racing equipment. You will support daily Race Department operations, track performance data for racers and Engineering, and travel to race events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience in product design and assembly.
• Familiar with shop equipment and their safe operation.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and punctual.
• Knowledge of ATV’s, ROV’s, or snowmobiles.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel for races and testing as needed.
• Possess riding and evaluation skills for ATV’s, ROV’s, or Snowmobiles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain factory race sleds and racing equipment.
• Support Race Department operations and track performance data.
• Assist multiple departments and travel to race events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of race development, testing and evaluation.
• Provide setup changes and tuning information to Team Arctic.
• Monitor production and modified builds for quality and efficiency.
• Support engineering and marketing projects as required.
• Promote product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
