Job summary

Crystal Equation is seeking an experienced contract Project Manager to drive spatial audio capture research initiatives. The role covers planning, tracking, reporting, and procurement support for researchers and engineers on an onsite basis.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in research project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while collaborating across teams. Expertise in Matlab, Python, C++, or Max/MSP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Work experience in research project management with a track record of successful project completion.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive with ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaboration across functions and organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in fast-paced research or product development environments.
• Experience with spatial audio, binaural audio, and audio signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive spatial audio capture research projects for Research Audio.
• Plan, track, report, and procure resources for researchers and engineers.
