Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in medical devices; 3+ years of managerial experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in new product development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver project management for new product development projects.
• Manage budgets, scope, and timelines to meet company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stake holders.
• Mentor junior project leads and contribute to portfolio decisions.
• Communicate project updates to management and ensure milestones are met.
