Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to R&D and manufacturing-support projects from problem definition through plant implementation, ensuring scope and timelines.
- Design, execute, analyze, and document lab, pilot-plant, and plant trials with sound experimental design.
- Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and implementation from lab to commercial manufacturing.
- Diagnose manufacturing and process-performance issues using root-cause analysis and evaluate solutions.
- Optimize process operations to improve product quality, yield, and cost.
