Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on mechanical assembly and/or repair experience.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and strong commitment to safety.
• Experience with automotive or heavy equipment assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop next-gen high-efficiency generators.
• Construct components and assemblies for generators while innovating.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, documenting findings.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and safety.
