Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Culinary Science or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of food product development experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in sauces, dressings, marinades, condiments, beverages or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the R&D team with clear priorities and rigorous development plans.
• Own technical execution from concept to commercialization for multiple programs.
• Lead reverse engineering and benchmark activities translating data into sound formulations.
• Provide leadership on ingredient functionality, flavor systems, texture, viscosity and stability.
• Plan and lead plant trials, first productions and ongoing commercialization.
