Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Machine Designer to create specialized machinery and equipment. You will design CAD models, drawings, and specifications, while also participating hands‑on in fabrication and assembly across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in machine design, strong SolidWorks proficiency, and experience designing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in machine design and custom equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Design specialized custom machinery and equipment from concept to completion using SolidWorks.
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, assemblies, and specifications.
• Participate hands-on in fabrication and assembly of designed equipment.
• Design hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems for custom machinery.
• Manage multiple concurrent R&D design projects.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers across sites.
• Test and validate equipment performance and adjust designs as needed.
