Zusammenfassung

Henkel, a leader in adhesives and functional coatings, is seeking a candidate to support Adhsive Technologies R&D. You will collect data, ensure data quality, and apply statistical techniques to testing, while driving improvements in lab processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced lab environment. Safety and equipment handling are integral to the position.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in chemistry, biology or a science field with 8–10 years of experience in a chemical laboratory.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in a chemical laboratory is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs.

Aufgaben

• Collects and communicates data and basic observations to assigned Chemist/Scientist.
• Ensures high data quality, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Applies mathematical and statistical techniques relevant to adhesive product testing.
• Proactively identifies and drives laboratory and process improvements.
• Acts as an independent problem solver and process owner with minimal supervision.
• Conducts all R&D laboratory work in a safe manner including PPE, site safety practices, and use of lab equipment.
• Comfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipment.
