NURA USA LLC is seeking a Food Scientist to advance formulations for food, beverage, and dietary supplement ingredients. The role combines hands-on R&D, technical support for sales, and ongoing evaluation of the current portfolio to support customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in food science with strong formulation, product development, and data analysis skills, plus the ability to manage projects and SOP improvements. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Science or related field required.
• 3+ years in the food industry with formulation and R&D experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills; traveling up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Develop food, beverage and supplement formulations and commercialize new branded ingredients.
• Provide customer-facing technical expertise and support to sales team.
• Substantiate and evaluate current portfolio offerings for customer support.
• Carry out general R&D lab tasks and enhance SOPs and standards.
• Lead R&D projects and collaborate with commercialization to go-to-market.
