• Experience in manufacturing process development within a regulated industry.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and development of manufacturing technologies related to polymer joining and balloon forming.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning customer, research, and business needs.
• Design feasibility studies, proof-of-concept activities, and experimental plans.
• Collaborate with research, design, quality, supplier engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Communicate strategies and recommendations to engineering teams and senior leadership.
