Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
- Experience in glass manufacturing or related process industries.
- Ability to perform root-cause investigations and translate findings into actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead petrographic analysis and characterization of glass and defects.
- Utilize microscopy, SEM, XRD, and XRF to identify root causes.
- Develop best practices for petrographic investigations and reporting.
- Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for plants.
- Collaborate with Operations, Innovation, Quality, and Sourcing.
