Saint-Gobain is seeking a Sr. Research Engineer II to lead advanced polymer and materials development for construction and waterproofing applications.

The role focuses on driving innovation, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring engineers within a collaborative R&D environment in Wilmington, MA, with future relocation to Northboro, MA. You will manage projects from concept through market launch, develop intellectual property, and present recommendations to leadership and partners.
