Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience independently developing and owning complex manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.

This is a highly specialized position focused on researching, developing, and implementing advanced manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from early-stage concept development through process validation, optimization, and production implementation. Required Qualifications

• Significant hands‑on experience with:
• Pulsed Electro-Chemical Machining (PECM)
• Electro-Chemical Finishing (ECF)
• Or similar electrochemical manufacturing technologies
• Demonstrated experience independently developing and owning complex manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced machining technologies such as:
• CNC machining
• Precision machining
• Other non-traditional manufacturing methods
• Background in manufacturing innovation and technology implementation.
• Experience supporting new product development or advanced process development initiatives.
