You will perform R&M analyses and coordinate with IPTs to ensure design reliability throughout development and sustainment. The role emphasizes performing FMECA, FTA, FRACAS, BIT testability analyses, and reliability growth testing, with on-site collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• RM discipline experience in reliability and maintainability.
• Experience with FMECA, FTA, FRACAS and HALT/RGT/ESS.
• Ability to interface with IPTs and suppliers on RM matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform R&M allocations and predictions.
• Develop FMECA analyses.
• Perform BIT testability analysis.
• Develop mission reliability analyses.
• Support IPT and supplier liaison for RM of subsystems.
• Conduct reliability studies and DOE concepts.
