Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 12 years of relevant military/professional experience.
• Experience in Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RMA) engineering in aerospace or defense.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document and present technical approaches and findings.
• Guide projects to completion as the project lead.
• Perform Reliability analyses and participate in program reviews.
