The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial operations or loan servicing, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high numerical accuracy and validation of statements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate priorities across multiple queues and support teams.
• Experience guiding peers or training others in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and validate complex balance statement and payoff quoting work.
• Serve as escalation point for calculation, documentation, and routing questions.
• Coordinate daily queue coverage and workflow balancing.
• Support multi‑loan and special‑exception payoff requests within scope.
• Provide onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to teammates.
• Monitor errors and suggest procedural improvements.
• Provide operational updates on queue conditions and risks.
