Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Data Engineer III to design, build, and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboard solutions that empower client decision-making. You will analyze client data environments, translate requirements into scalable analytics assets, and develop interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.

The role requires hands-on Python expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience including analyzing client environments and developing automation or reporting enhancements.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations with Amazon QuickSight.
• 2+ years gathering, documenting, and translating business and technical requirements into dashboards, data models and scalable analytics solutions.
• Willingness to travel 10% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Analyze client data environments and existing Python code to identify improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics assets.
• Develop reporting logic, metrics, and business rules to support insights.
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources for analytics and reporting.
