Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a self-directed BI Analyst to own the end-to-end design and delivery of dashboards in Tableau and AmazonQuickSight, partnering with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore data engineers, model datasets, and deliver polished, usable dashboards with strong usability and visuals, iterating quickly based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production BI dashboards in Tableau, AmazonQuickSight, Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
• Ability to design clean, usable dashboards with strong visual hierarchy and color usage.
• Proficient SQL for data exploration, prototyping, and validation.
• Understanding of data warehouse and lakehouse concepts.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and clear English communication.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain Tableau and AmazonQuickSight dashboards for internal audiences.
• Translate business questions into well-modeled QuickSight datasets and Tableau sources.
• Apply visual design principles to create usable dashboards with clear layout.
• Optimize dashboard performance and manage refresh schedules.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define analytics-ready data sources.
• Validate numbers against source systems and monitor dashboard usage.
