Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to design and maintain QuickSight dashboards and automated data pipelines. You will translate business requirements into technical deliverables, owning solutions from scoping through deployment and maintenance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights to AMXL leadership, partnering with the BI team to scale data products across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field such as Business, Engineering, Economics or similar.
• 1+ years of logistics or operational analytics experience.
• Experience with MS Office, including advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and automate Excel-based reporting templates using VBA.
• Build and maintain QuickSight dashboards for real-time visibility into network performance.
• Develop automated data pipelines and workflows to reduce manual reporting effort.
• Create and maintain Andes tables to support scalable data pipelines.
• Understand AMXL backend data infrastructure (Redshift, Andes tables) and build reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with the BI team on cross-functional reporting initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes and communicate findings.
