Job summary

Arcosa Lightweight in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Senior Production Worker to support a 24/7 aggregate environment. The role involves directing staff and ensuring safety while moving materials with mobile equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Ability to operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
• Operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment and move materials between workstations
• Maintain the bowl mill and cooler area
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner including PPE and safety regulations established by the company
• Other duties as assigned
