Job summary

Arcosa Lightweight is seeking a Senior Production Worker at our Shepherdsville, KY plant to support a safe, efficient production environment in a 24/7 aggregate setting. You will direct activities and staff, operate multiple mobile machines, and help move materials between workstations while following MSHA safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on production, equipment maintenance, and active participation in safety programs, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a company

Qualifications

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 60 lbs and to work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Ability to operate at least two pieces of mobile equipment (e.g., haul truck, front loader, water truck).

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Operate at least two pieces of mobile equipment.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and work areas.
• Move materials between stations and storage locations.
• Assist in safety initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
