SRM Concrete seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee all quarry operations, champion safety, and drive efficiency and profitability. You will lead a cohesive team, ensure regulatory compliance, control costs, and coordinate production, maintenance, and logistics to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in quarry/mining management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards, with proficiency in industry software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years in quarry or mining management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in mining/quarrying.
• Proven ability to manage cost control and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and industry software.

• Oversee quarry operations with focus on safety, production, quality and environmental compliance.
• Strategize objectives aligning with company mission and vision.
• Direct plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
