• Master's or PhD in a technology-related field (photonics, optics, electrical engineering, or related).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the 45nm Silicon Photonics technology product ramp from development through production.
• Maintain full ownership of a technology module, prioritize projects, and lead experiment definition.
• Develop and qualify silicon photonics process flows to meet performance, reliability, and defectivity requirements.
• Monitor line performance through data analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield and reduce costs.
