Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex system integration for production programs.
• Experience with experimental engineering or physics projects in an R&D environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication across teams.
• Experience with cryogenic, vacuum, RF, DC, or low-temperature systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system requirements are met to deliver dual rail quantum processors.
• Manage project timelines and drive technical problem solving across teams.
• Design and guide robust testing programs for our systems.
• Plan long-term cross-functional integration strategies.
• Support system resilience engineering.
• Collaborate on cryo-engineering, RF signaling, and system engineering.
• Contribute to scaling dual-rail quantum systems.
