Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field required.
• 3+ years in product management for complex tech products with hardware/software,including integrated systems.
• Experience with full-stack tech solutions: hardware, software, APIs, and cloud infra.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements and customer value.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across analytics, eng, marketing, and sales.
• Proven success leading moderately complex product initiatives in cross-functional settings.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility in decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap objectives into clear business and product requirements for dev teams.
• Define detailed requirements for dual-rail gate-model quantum systems, simulators, and hybrids.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and research teams to prioritize features and trade-offs.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive trends to guide roadmaps.
• Work with program management to track progress, risks, and dependencies for delivery.
• Assist sales, marketing, and GTM teams with launches, messaging, and collateral.
• Develop deep understanding of quantum hardware, software stack, and use cases.
