Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive systems engineering experience leading hardware and software products.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering integrated systems.
• Proven ability to define architectures and deliver large-scale products from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Systems Engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for D-Wave's Gate Model platform.
• Lead cross-functional system integration, verification, validation, and technical execution.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Systems Engineering organization, including managers and senior technical leaders.
