15+ years of semiconductor process integration or related experience.
Leading cross-functional technical programs or major development initiatives.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to engineering and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development of semiconductor integration architectures supporting quantum computing platforms.
Drive integration roadmaps and DOE-based optimization.
Collaborate across device, process, packaging, and manufacturing teams to translate quantum requirements into semiconductor tech plans.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to invention disclosures and technology strategy.
