Qualifications

• PhD in physics, engineering, mathematics, or computer science.
• Experience in quantum error correction (QEC) research.
• Proven track record in QEC publications or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks for fault-tolerant quantum computing and implement reliable methods.
• Research QEC aspects such as decoders, compilation schemes, and architectures.
