Responsibilities

• Managing valuations, project cashflows, and producing monthly cost reports
• Ensuring compliance with procurement strategies and reviewing subcontract tenders
• Providing expert contractual advice and handling documentation
• Driving commercial initiatives and developing margin improvement plans
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members to meet targets and deadlines
