Job summary

Qualifications

• EVMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field; 8+ years of related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantities via spot checks for progress and invoice verification of payments to construction contractors.
• Coordinate and schedule measurement activities with construction management.
• Prepare and maintain field measurement notes with calculations, basis of calculations and assumptions/background.
• Support the contract administrator when required.
• Review contractor proposals for contract changes and validate against current contract.
• Assist in evaluating change requests and interface with the contract administrator.
• Engage in discussions with contractors on estimates and contract change orders.
• Assist input to contract cost forecast developments as required.
• Liaise with Engineering, Contracts, Construction and FCX management on changes, risks, and mitigation.
• Compile historical data / key quantity analysis.
