Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a professional Cost Consultancy on large infrastructure, civils, utilities and building projects. The role focuses on pre-contract services, cost plans and NEC contract work, with strong ARIBA 0-2 stage understanding and £300M+ contract exposure.

Hybrid working is available (3:2). The candidate should have a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying and be prepared to chair meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying required.
• MRICS not essential.
• Solid evidence of RIBA 0-2 stage understanding required.
• Experience on contracts £300M+ value.
• NEC contract knowledge.
• Sector background in Infrastructure, Aviation, Civils, Utilities.
• Ability to chair meetings.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate pre-contract services, cost plans and reports based on architects' and designers' outputs.
• Lead cost management on NEC contracts across infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive cost efficiency and value.

Description du poste

A confident and commercially confident Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by a professional Cost Consultancy to join their team to work on a large infrastructure, civils, utilities and building project.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on NEC contracts, and these are in the early stages, meaning a large understanding of RIBA 0-2 stages is needed.

The role is outside of Heathrow, meaning no airside pass is needed. Hybrid working is available for the Senior Quantity Surveyor. (3:2 split)

The Senior QuantitySurveyor's Role

This role is to produce highly accurate pre contract services, cost plans and reports based on architects and designers work. This is an incredible hands on and collaborative role.

• Completed a BSc/MScQuantitySurveying degree
• MRICS not essential
• Must provide solid evidence of RIBA 0-2 stage understanding
• Have worked on £300M + contract values
• NEC contract knowledge
