Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cost Consultancy

Requirements

• Experience with a Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy or a specialist chartered PQS.
• Ability to manage workload as a Cost professional.
• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor status is not mandatory but advantageous; full support for APC is provided.
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel within the region.
• Degree in a Construction-related subject, preferably RICS-accredited in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Open to candidates from main contractor backgrounds wishing to move into consultancy.
• Strong communication, client liaison skills, and ability to work independently and in teams; mentoring skills are desirable.
• 3 days per week in the Gloucester office with flexible arrangements.

Salary & Benefits
