Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, psychology, sociology, education, neuroscience, economics, public policy, or related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in R, Python, Stata, SPSS, SAS or equivalent tools; excellent writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Statistical Quality Assurance Across the Lab for analyses, tables and claims.
• Advise researchers on study design, models, measurement and inference.
• Lead and collaborate on original quantitative research projects.
• Support across technology areas, datasets, and evidence reviews.
• Write and co-author academic and public-facing outputs.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows and clear visualizations.
