Qualifications

• Strong applied econometrics and research-design skills.
• Proficiency in a statistical programming language (R, Python or Stata).
• Ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from concept to publication with senior colleagues.
• Conduct econometric analyses on workplace retirement plan data and survey data.
• Use government and survey data to support modeling and behavioral assumptions.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear articles, briefs, and presentations.
