Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant industry or applied experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health (MPH), Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Analytics.
• Strong foundation in advanced statistics and experimental design.
• Hands-on experience conducting quantitative market research, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with at least one statistical programming platform (Excel, R, Python preferred).
• Experience applying quantitative methods within the healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of statistically rigorous studies including survey research, experimental designs, and advanced quantitative methodologies.
• Apply advanced statistical and experimental design techniques to address complex business questions across healthcare and life sciences.
• Partner with client service teams to shape quantitative research strategies and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Provide methodological oversight and quality assurance for work executed by offshore teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert bridging strategy, analytics, and execution across engagements.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts effectively to non-technical client stakeholders through storytelling and presentations.
