Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Scientist to join the Quantitative Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (QP2) Department in West Point, PA / Rahway, NJ. You will work on cardiometabolic and ophthalmology programs, applying quantitative methods to inform drug discovery and development.

The role requires advanced degree with several years of hands-on pharmacometrics experience, strong communication, and collaboration abilities. Hybrid work arrangements and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or PharmD with at least 2 years of experience, or MS with at least 4 years in pharma/biotech.
• Educational background in biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience performing population PK and PK/PD analyses using standard pharmacometrics software.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to model-based translational PK/PD strategies across development programs to inform dose selection and trial design.
• Represent QP2 on discovery and development teams, leveraging quantitative approaches to drive programs forward.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on study design, execution, and data interpretation.
