Job summary

Ethic, a New York City‑based investment firm, is seeking a Sr. Associate Portfolio Manager to own the end-to-end portfolio process for clients, from construction and analysis to trade execution.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, applying quantitative investing insights to deliver a seamless, customized investing experience. In-office at least 3 days a week, with Series 65 within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, investments, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in portfolio construction, trade execution, and investment operations.
• Sharp attention to detail with a track record of accurate, timely work.
• Clear, confident communication skills across multiple mediums.
• Collaborative team player who can juggle priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities without losing sight of details.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end portfolio process, from construction and analysis to trade execution, ensuring accuracy and seamless client experience.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams, bringing quantitative investing expertise to interactions.
• Partner across teams to share insights, tackle problems, and drive improvements to client experience and operational efficiency.
