Job summary

Ethic, a New York-based investment firm, is hiring a Sr. Associate Portfolio Manager in New York, NY. This in-office role requires you to own the end-to-end portfolio process, from construction and analysis to trade execution, delivering precise and seamless client experiences.

You will collaborate across teams to share insights and drive improvements in client experience and operations, applying quantitative investing techniques with integrity and a long-term perspective.

Overview

Sr. Associate - Portfolio Management
Location: New York, NY
(in office at least 3 days a week)

What you’ll do

You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares about what we do and how we do it. As a Sr. Associate Portfolio Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in the day-to-day work that drives real outcomes for our clients, using quantitative risk models to optimize direct indexing equity and multi-asset portfolios. You'll collaborate with multiple teams across Ethic, bringing precision and care to everything you touch while continuously building better ways to deliver a seamless, customized investing experience. More specifically you’ll:

  • Own the end-to-end portfolio process, from construction and analysis to trade execution, ensuring every detail is right and every client experience is seamless

This position requires the candidate to obtain and pass the Series 65 examination within the first 90 days of employment, unless the license is already held prior to their start date.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.

The base salary for this role will range from $140,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
