JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Fair Lending Quant Modeling Associate to advance the bank's fair lending program by applying quantitative methods to detect and mitigate bias across models. You will collaborate with line-of-business teams, Legal, and Governance to ensure compliance and robust model documentation.

The role focuses on traditional and ML/AI models, including Gen AI, with emphasis on statistical analyses and experiment design to enhance risk controls and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud/data tools (AWS, Spark, Databricks).
• Experience with bias testing or fair lending practices and ML/AI model development.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct statistical analyses and bias testing on models for fair lending compliance.
• Review models with extensive documentation to understand fair lending implications.
• Build data-driven algorithms to mitigate disparate impact by collaborating with developers, business strategy owners & Legal.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, Legal, Model Governance, and others.
• Stay aligned with industry standards through research and development for fair lending compliance.
• Create model documentation and coordinate with Control, Audit and Governance teams.
• Support policies and procedures and participate in regulatory exams and internal governance.
