Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering, Data Science or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in statistics, data science, analytics, model review, or related quantitative function.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud tools (e.g., AWS, Spark, Git/Bitbucket, Databricks).
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies for complex business questions.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating ML models with ability to interpret results for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop analytical and technology solutions to enhance fair lending risk analysis methodologies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to scale capabilities and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Modeling, Technology, Data Science, and business teams to build AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy advanced analytics to improve productivity and controls in compliance and risk management.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences.
