Job summary

Archer, in partnership with JPMorgan, seeks a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate for the Small Business Card team. You will analyze portfolio performance, build executive reports, and translate customer behavior into insights guiding marketing strategy, resource allocation, and product innovation.

You will work with marketing, product, finance, and risk to turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations, using Python, SQL, and modern data tools to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with modern data platforms and data mining to translate analysis into business actions.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting using Tableau/Alteryx or similar tools.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools to improve analytics productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights and drive measurable outcomes.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leaders, tailoring messages to audiences of varying technical depth.
• Advise on analytic approaches and work with stakeholders to solve quantitative business problems.
• Collaborate on data models, analytics architecture, and scalable data strategies; identify data quality issues.
• Manage deliverables with autonomy, including stakeholder engagement and process refinement.
• Use generative AI to automate repetitive work and accelerate insight generation.
• Evaluate AI-enabled analytics solutions for marketing acquisition and performance measurement.
