Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate to join the Card Data & Analytics team. You will guide strategic decisions via dashboards, reporting, and deep-dive analyses addressing business challenges across the Chase Card portfolio.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and risk to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations that drive marketing strategies and profitability through targeted campaigns and product innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Strong collaboration and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven analytics delivery to multiple management levels.
• Hands-on data mining and translating analysis into business strategy.
• Proficiency in Python or SAS with Big Data tech (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Alteryx).
• Advanced analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication for senior leaders.
